Vives Ambros Winery, Cava Brut Rosat Reserva

Vives Ambròs Rosat Reserva celebrates the authenticity of Trepat, the most distinctive grape variety of the Conca de Barberà region. Its delicate character and luminous color reflect the natural elegance of this land. This cava combines character and lightness, designed for those seeking a subtle and contemporary expression of rosé.

This Cava is made with two indigenous grape varieties (Garnacha, which contributes fruit and a sweet note, and Monastrell, which integrates the flavors, adding vigor and structure) and a portion of Pinot Noir, which adds volume and intensity. Extended aging lends complexity, elegance, and perfect integration of the carbon dioxide.

Clean and bright, it stands out for its attractive pale pink color. With a fine and persistent bubble, it forms a dense crown in the glass.

Its aroma is fresh, with notes of wild berries and a marked predominance of strawberry.

On the palate it is vibrant and refined, with well-integrated carbonation and a silky texture. It combines freshness and structure with a long, clean, and fruity finish that invites you to keep tasting it.
