Established in Burgundy, in the village of Fuissé, in the heart of the most beautiful terroirs of the Mâconnais, Domaine Cordier works its vineyards with the purest respect for the material and the constant search for excellence.
His expertise is unique: the pruning, with its highly personal style, the green harvesting practices (thinning and shoot removal), the choice of compost instead of fertilizers, and the manual harvesting, plot by plot, illustrate the level of meticulousness practiced at the Domaine. Similarly, in winemaking, the exclusive use of original lees and indigenous yeasts demonstrates the extent to which Christophe Cordier is committed to preserving the substance and identity of his wines.

Tasting Notes
Bright pale yellow color with reflections d orados. A dazzling clarity that evokes freshness and purity.
Notes of white fruits such as pear and apple, accompanied by a touch of ripe peach. Subtle aroma of white flowers, such as acacia or hawthorn. Light calcareous minerality, typical of the terroir, and nuances toasted or buttery notes due to barrel aging well controlled.
Lively and fresh, offering a beautiful acidity balanced by an elegant roundness. Broad and silky, with an almost luscious mouthfeel. Ripe fruits (apricot, peach) combine with notes of toasted almond, butter, and a persistent minerality. A long, fresh, and slightly saline finish reveals a pleasant tension.
