Tasting Notes
Bright and clean ruby red color, with a medium intensity, characteristic of a young Pinot Noir.
Expressive aromas of fresh red fruits, particularly cherry, raspberry, and currant. Subtle hints of violet, light spices (white pepper), and a mineral note complete the bouquet.
A smooth and fresh attack. On the palate, it is delicate, with fine, well-integrated tannins. The dominant red fruit flavors are balanced by spicy nuances and a light minerality, providing structure and elegance. The overall effect is harmonious and luscious. A refreshing finish with a beautiful persistence of cherry and licorice notes.
