Tasting Notes
Medium intensity ruby color, bright and clear
Expressive and aromatic, with fresh herbaceous notes (mint, rosemary) and sweet spices such as licorice, clove and nutmeg, followed by red and black fruits (cassis, blackberry, sour cherry) and delicate florals of violet and burgundy
Concentrated and juicy, with enveloping tannins and a velvety texture. It highlights ripe fruits (plum, roasted cherry), sweet spices, hints of dark chocolate, and a minty freshness, all supported by a lively acidity and a persistent, fruity finish.
