The only white Côtes du Rhône from Clos du Caillou is a rare gem in the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Made primarily with Clairette and Roussanne grapes, it combines the aromatic delicacy of white flowers with the depth of the sandy soils and the characteristic rolled grapes of the estate.
Its balance between freshness and richness perfectly reflects the elegant and precise style that has made Clos du Caillou a benchmark of the Southern Rhône.

Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color with golden highlights, bright and luminous.
On the nose it is complex and expressive, with a first impression of white flowers, honeysuckle and jasmine, followed by nuances of peach, ripe pear and citrus peel.
With time in the glass, notes of light honey, fresh almond and a delicate mineral touch appear, reflecting the purity of the sandy and stony soils of the estate.
On the palate, it is ample and silky, with a rich, enveloping texture balanced by a lively and precise acidity. Flavors of white fruit and flowers linger into a long, saline, and slightly spicy finish, leaving a sensation of freshness and elegance.
A white wine of great subtlety and depth, capable of accompanying both delicate dishes (scallops, sea bass, risottos) and more structured pairings with poultry or creamy cheeses.
