Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections; bright and clean.
Nose with fine and elegant floral notes (white flowers) with a mineral background (flint, wet stone) and subtle hints of brioche or freshly baked bread.
A balanced palate between freshness and richness: powerful acidity, round body, and firm structure. Flavors of ripe white fruit (apple, peach) with persistent minerality and hints of spice or light toast from partial aging in wood.
