Domaine d'Henri... by Henri Laroche! A family whose history in Chablis dates back to 1850, 1781, and even 1695. A family that is part of the heritage of the Chablis vineyard!
The Church of Saint Peter, built in the 12th century, evokes strength and simplicity with its imposing architecture. It is the name that Domaine d'Henri has chosen to designate its finest wines from the Chablis appellation.
This wine was vinified with indigenous yeasts using grapes from Maligny, Chablis and Fleys via a hand harvest to create an elegant Chablis with a strong identity!

Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, already hinting at freshness and purity
Intense and fresh, a nose with aromas of citrus (lemon, green apple), floral notes and a characteristic mineral imprint — with that “stony” elegance that distinguishes Chablis
Dry, vibrant, and balanced, with refreshing acidity and fruity flavors of apple and melon. The finish is long, marked by a persistent, saline minerality.
