Winemaking : Cold pre-fermentation for 10 days before fermentation in stainless steel tanks without added sulfites.

Aging : 6 months on lees in stainless steel tanks

Tasting Notes

A bright ruby ​​color, with a touch of youth, and perfect clarity, make this wine a true jewel in the glass.

On the nose, it is very aromatic, revealing delicious yet delicate notes of cherry and raspberry. As it opens up, subtle hints of cinnamon stick enrich this aromatic profile.

On the palate, the tannins melt away, yet the body remains strong, offering remarkable structure. The initial burst of wild strawberry quickly evolves into an explosion of sweet spice and cocoa. The finish, marked by flavors of mocha and tonka bean, is complex and delicate, offering beautiful length and subtle depth.
