Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with silvery reflections and a slight opalescence, which is already arousing anticipation

A subtle and elegant nose, with aromas of dried apricot, orange peel (specifically blood orange), white flowers, fennel and a menthol/anise background

Flavorful and fresh, with fruits like apricot, peach, and Williams pear, along with citrus (yuzu, blood orange). The texture is round and creamily balanced after aging on the lees.
