Varieties : Black and gray Grenache 80%, Cinsault 15%, Syrah 5%
Climate : Mediterranean
Soil : White clay-calcareous soils, brown soils of volcanic origin and small pebbles
Winemaking : Stainless steel, grapes separated according to their origin
Aging : After vinification, the different terroirs are combined to spend between 3 and 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

Pale pink with a Provençal feel, elegant and luminous
Freshness of red fruits (strawberry, currant) with soft citrus and floral hints .
Vibrant and balanced, with notes of melon, fresh strawberry and minerality, topped off by a lively acidity that makes it very gastronomic .
