Region : AOP Cabardés, Languedoc

Varieties : 100% Syrah

Climate : Mediterranean with oceanic influences

Soil : Calcareous-clayey

Winemaking : In stainless steel vats, with native yeasts and without the addition of sulfites

Aging : 3 months in stainless steel tanks

Tasting Notes

Intense red color with violet reflections.  

Aromas of intense violet, then fresh notes of delicious currant that recall the climate of Cabardès.  

On the palate it is fresh and spicy with an iodine finish.
