The often steep plots, with their south and southeast orientations, are exposed to cool northerly winds. This is how Viogner thrives, in an environment where it can express its full aromatic potential.

A full and rounded entry, with a rich and smooth texture. The flavors of lychee and peach are confirmed, accompanied by spicy and toasty notes. The whole is very aromatic and offers a beautiful subtlety. A long, mineral finish leaves an impression of freshness and finesse.
