DO : AOP Pauillac, 5em Grand Cru Classé 1855.
Varieties : Merlot 80%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, Petit Verdot 5%.
Climate : Oceanic.
Soil : Garonne gravel on a bed of limestone rock.
Winemaking : Cold pre-fermentation and post-fermentation maceration for more than 25 days.
Aging : In stainless steel tanks
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby color with violet reflections, bright and concentrated.
Fragrant and fresh aromas, with notes of crisp black fruits such as currant, cherry and blackberry, accompanied by subtle white flowers, violet and herbaceous and spicy touches .
Elegant and silky thanks to the predominance of Merlot; fresh and juicy, with polished tannins, good acidity and a long, floral finish that highlights the minerality of the terroir.
