Tasting Notes
Elegant pale gold color, with greenish reflections, indicating a beautiful freshness and youth.
Fresh and vibrant aromas, dominated by flint-like mineral notes, accompanied by green apple and lemon. Over time, hints of honey and almond may emerge, supported by the toasting of new oak, adding complexity to the bouquet.
A lively and fresh entry, with a pleasant mineral tension. Flavors of white-fleshed fruits, such as green apple, mingle with notes of lemon, offering a balanced aromatic profile. The texture is fine, with a pleasant persistence on the palate. A long and harmonious finish, marked by a lingering minerality and lemony freshness, invites another tasting.
