We winegrowers, we merchants, distressed by the war declared on wine by all the puritans, hygienists and prohibitionists who abound in France today, wanted, through the name given to this vintage, to affirm that wine, like bread, was inseparable from our culture and our love for life.  In Greek, ZOI means Eve, "The Living One", mother of humanity.

Region : Vallée de l'Agly, Roussillon

DO : AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages

Varieties : Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre

Climate : Mediterranean

Soil : Licorella and Clay-Calcareous

Winemaking : Stainless steel tank

Aging : 12 to 15 months in used 225 liter oak barrels.

A wine with great personality and a very pleasant finish. In conclusion, Coume Marie is a complex wine with crisp tannins.
