Established in Burgundy, in the village of Fuissé, in the heart of the most beautiful terroirs of the Mâconnais, Domaine Cordier works its vineyards with the purest respect for the material and the constant search for excellence.
His expertise is unique: the pruning, with its highly personal style, the green harvesting practices (thinning and shoot removal), the choice of compost instead of fertilizers, and the manual harvesting, plot by plot, illustrate the level of meticulousness practiced at the Domaine. Similarly, in winemaking, the exclusive use of original lees and indigenous yeasts demonstrates the extent to which Christophe Cordier is committed to preserving the substance and identity of his wines.

Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color with bright reflections golden. Brilliant shine, testament to the youth and vitality of wine.
Predominance of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and peach and a touch of green apple. Delicate woody notes. Subtle hints of vanilla, toasted hazelnut and toasted bread. The result of careful aging in oak barrels. A touch of white flowers (hawthorn, honeysuckle) and a fine minerality reminiscent of the limestone of the terroir.
Broad and silky on the palate, marked by a beautiful roundness. A harmony between vibrant freshness and rich texture. Ripe fruits (apricot, white peach), fresh butter, toasted hazelnuts, with notes of sweet spices like cinnamon and vanilla. A long and persistent finish, with a pleasant mineral tension and a touch of salinity.
