Established in Burgundy, in the village of Fuissé, in the heart of the most beautiful terroirs of the Mâconnais, Domaine Cordier works its vineyards with the purest respect for the raw material and the constant search for excellence.
His "Savoir Faire" is unique: the pruning, with its highly personal style, the green harvesting practices (thinning and shoot removal), the choice of compost instead of fertilizers, and the manual harvesting, plot by plot, illustrate the level of meticulousness practiced at the Domaine. Similarly, in winemaking, the exclusive use of original lees and indigenous yeasts demonstrates the extent to which Christophe Cordier is committed to preserving the substance and identity of his wines.
