Located in Burgundy, in the village of Fuissé, in the heart of the most beautiful terroirs of the Mâconnais, Domaine Cordier cultivates its vineyards with the utmost respect for the grapes and a constant pursuit of excellence. Its expertise is unique: the highly personal pruning style, the green harvesting practices (thinning and shoot removal), the choice of compost instead of fertilizers, and the manual harvesting, plot by plot, illustrate the high standards practiced at the Domaine. Similarly, in winemaking, the exclusive use of original lees and indigenous yeasts demonstrates the extent to which Christophe Cordier is committed to preserving the substance and identity of his wines.
