Established in Burgundy, in the village of Fuissé, in the heart of the most beautiful terroirs of the Mâconnais, Domaine Cordier works its vineyards with the purest respect for the material and the constant search for excellence.
His expertise is unique: the pruning, with its highly personal style, the green harvesting practices (thinning and shoot removal), the choice of compost instead of fertilizers, and the manual harvesting, plot by plot, illustrate the level of meticulousness practiced at the Domaine. Similarly, in winemaking, the exclusive use of original lees and indigenous yeasts demonstrates the extent to which Christophe Cordier is committed to preserving the substance and identity of his wines.

Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color with golden highlights, bright and clean, with a beautiful intensity.
Expressive and complex aromas. We perceive notes of white-fleshed fruits (peach, pear), ripe citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and a floral touch. Subtle Hints of hazelnut, fresh butter and brioche reflect an aging controlled in oak barrels.
Full and generous entry, with a beautiful roundness and a silky texture. The acidity is well integrated, providing freshness and balance. The flavors linger. with notes of ripe fruit, vanilla and a mineral touch characteristic of the terroirs Saint-Véran limestone. A long and harmonious finish, with a pleasant sensation of freshness and slightly toasted nuances.
