Varieties : 100% Merlot

Climate : Mediterranean with oceanic influences

Soil : Clay-Calcareous

Winemaking : In stainless steel tanks, with indigenous yeasts and without the addition of sulfites

Rearing : 3 months in cement tanks.

Tasting Notes

Very intense and deep color

Notes of blackcurrant and stewed cherries on a cocoa crisp.  

A round and fresh palate, enhanced by the lively climate of Cabardès. A touch of orange zest accompanies a pleasant and delicious finish.
