Winemakers in Champagne for four generations, the Moutard family acquired a vineyard in Chablis and Grand Auxerrois in 2004. This marked the beginning of their adventure in a forgotten area of Burgundy: Le Tonnerrois! Once a stronghold of wine production, it ceded its place to Beaune and the Côte d'Or long ago. The climate changes observed in recent decades signify a renaissance for Tonnerrois and its region—something the Moutard family foresaw 20 years ago! Now that's what I call having a vision for the future.

Lovers of the region and passionate neighbors, it is a total of 29 hectares of vineyards, which allows them to produce a range of Burgundy and Crémant wines, with a strong gastronomic personality.

As with their champagnes and spirits, their goal is above all to put all their expertise at the service of quality wines, rich in flavors and aromas.
